Titan 100

In the bustling city of St. Louis, among the myriad of talented leaders and executives, one name stands out: Ryan Mortland. As the managing partner of our esteemed company, Ryan has recently been bestowed with the esteemed honor of being named to the 2024 St. Louis Titan 100 list. This recognition not only highlights his exceptional leadership but also celebrates his unwavering vision and passion in the realm of CEOs and C-level executives.

Roots of Success:

Ryan's journey to success is deeply rooted in his upbringing as the son of a CPA and small business owner. From a young age, he immersed himself in the world of business, learning invaluable lessons alongside his father. These formative years provided him with insights into business operations and instilled in him the importance of delivering value to others.

Seizing Opportunities:

In 1999, fresh out of college and fueled by ambition, Ryan took a bold step by founding MB Technology Solutions. This venture, born out of his family's accounting firm, initially focused on implementing accounting packages. However, Ryan's keen adaptability soon led MB to pivot towards the expanding field of technology, specializing in building networks and assisting small to medium-sized businesses with their evolving technological needs.

Navigating Challenges:

Reflecting on his entrepreneurial journey, Ryan acknowledges the risks involved in starting MB straight out of college. Despite uncertainties, he seized the opportunity, laying the foundation for what would become a thriving IT solutions provider for businesses across St. Louis and the Midwest.

A New Chapter:

Today, MB Technology Solutions has evolved into USA Cyber, following a strategic merger with Sera Brynn. This union not only expands the company's offerings to include advance cybersecurity and compliance services but also underscores Ryan's continued dedication to providing exceptional managed IT and unparalleled service to clients.

Community Impact:

Beyond his professional endeavors, Ryan's commitment to community and philanthropy is truly commendable. Whether serving on boards or co-founding the Mortland Golf Classic, he continues to make a positive impact, raising over $350,000 for 23 charities over the past 25 years. Ryan has served on many local non-profit boards in the St. Louis and Missouri area. Ryan has also served on the entrepreneur organization St. Louis board for many years including the role of president.

A Celebration of Achievement:

In celebrating Ryan's achievements, we not only honor his professional accomplishments but also recognize his unwavering dedication to making a difference in the lives of others.
